Remarks: Airpark Lot for Sale - Bourland Field Estates (50F) Rare opportunity to own the last available lot in Phase One of Bourland Field Estates, a gated fly-in community just southwest of Fort Worth, Texas. This 1-acre lot backs directly to the runway at Bourland Field (50F) - a 4,006' x 60' lighted runway with approach lights on both ends and two GPS approaches (one to each runway). Jet A and 100LL available on field. Located directly across from the new Bluejack Ranch golf course, with easy access to DFW, and zoned to the highly-regarded Aledo ISD. I originally purchased this lot planning to build, but recently bought another home in the neighborhood - so it's time to pass it on to someone ready to build their dream hangar home.
